CarePods transparency

Care Cover

Built for Michigan facilities and clinicians.

Platform safeguards and disclosed policy limits, clearly explained.

Credential and license review

CarePods reviews submitted clinician credential details before approving marketplace access. Review can include license type, state license number, and supporting documentation. Approval provides access to applicable marketplace features, but it does not replace independent licensure checks, facility credentialing, employer requirements, or a clinician’s responsibility to keep professional information current.

Continuity and support pathways

When a shift change or call-out occurs, the Michigan team can review the request, check current marketplace availability among approved clinicians, and coordinate outreach when an appropriate match is available. Timing depends on the request and current participation. CarePods does not promise a replacement clinician or a specific response time for every circumstance.

Disclosed terms and policy limits

Care Cover describes platform safeguards and disclosed policy limits for eligible activity. Applicable terms, exclusions, eligibility requirements, facility agreements, and the facts of a specific shift determine what applies. This information is not insurance advice and does not replace signed agreements, emergency services, or independent professional guidance.
